At the heart of the dialogue
JPMorgan Chase wanted a corporate responsibility report that would not only feature what it was doing, but would also create thought-provoking discussion around the issues that matter most to the business and its stakeholders. The aim was to put JPMorgan Chase at the centre of the debate and to raise the profile of the company’s initiatives to address these material issues.
We designed and produced a magazine-style CR report that combined substance with visual appeal, and was targeted at stakeholders such as policy makers, business leaders and other decision makers.
Articles, interviews with internal and external experts, and opinion pieces from influential figures were featured, together with research on creating inclusive economic growth and analysis of issues such as the skills gap and financial instability.
To complement this report, we designed and produced an environmental, social and governance (ESG) report. This was data driven and in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 Guidelines, providing transparency in the disclosure of JPMorgan Chase’s performance. Aimed at an expert and investor audience, it featured a simpler design that drew the eye to highlights and data.
We also designed an eight-page employee summary report, celebrating progress and highlighting key initiatives. This was issued to every JPMorgan Chase employee around the world.
