What we did
Flag has helped National Grid to produce a range of communications to its Pension Scheme members since 2000, even since the merger of National Grid with Transco in 2005. These communications include regular pensions newsletters and magazines, such as Pensions brief and Pensioners’ news, which reach over 70,000 retired members, and an Annual Scheme Report communicating the Group Scheme’s performance.
The styling of the Pensions brief magazine, which contains easy-to-find contact information, clear signposting to the company website and groups the information into clearly defined colour-coded sections, is reflected in other pensions communications.
