What we did
Flag’s first year of working with Deutsche Post DHL involved helping to move its annual Corporate Responsibility Report online for the first time. The 2009/10 report and a printed summary – both produced in English and German – reflected CR performance during the year and also explained how the company intends to achieve the goals outlined in its Group Strategy 2015 through its environment (GoGreen), disaster management (GoHelp) and education (GoTeach) programmes.
The 2009/10 report, entitled Living Responsibility, is presented with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative's G3 Sustainability Reporting, as well as the Logistics and Transportation Sector Supplement, to a B+ Application Level.
