Bespoke communications for a global audience

As a leading financial services firm, JPMorgan Chase’s corporate responsibility (CR) work is helping cities around the world to realise their potential as engines of growth. This includes programmes to address some key social and economic challenges such as expanding workforce readiness, growing small businesses, improving consumer financial health and expanding the economic vitality of the world’s cities. These efforts include the firm’s investment in the economic recovery of Detroit.

Working with the company’s CR team, the JPMorgan Chase Institute and US-based report writing specialists BuzzWord, we develop tailored communications to engage partners, policymakers and other stakeholders on the firm’s global initiatives to increase economic opportunity around the world.

Detailed yet digestible

During the year, we have helped JPMorgan Chase to create a series of engaging, issue-focused reports. Tailoring the content to suit those most interested in the topic, we developed impactful infographics and other design elements to turn data and research findings into a clear, compelling story. By breaking up the content into digestible chunks that offer quick-read options to suit different users, we have made both print and digital communications more accessible.

The main CR report is supported by a summary report and a CR microsite, using impactful infographics and other design elements to bring data and research findings to life.

An overarching CR report, available in print and PDF formats, was developed to be a ‘great read’, offering a holistic view for an expert audience. We integrated stakeholder viewpoints, discussions and case studies as bold, design-led features to improve readability and enhance visual appeal.

To give an overview for time-poor audiences, we designed a CR microsite highlighting the key areas of focus and achievements. We also created a summary booklet for employees to share progress and foster knowledge of and pride in the company’s initiatives and achievements to date.
