In recent weeks Flag has been helping to put together the latest CR and Sustainability Salary Survey, which aims to provide a comprehensive insight into the salaries, benefits, responsibilities and backgrounds of people working in the industry.
Since its launch in 2007, the survey has helped to build a clear understanding of the professional CR and sustainability landscape in the UK, allowing workers to compare their own experiences with others in the industry.
This year the project is going global and the aim is that, by involving people from across the world, we can help to produce the definitive CR market survey.
To help launch the survey, Flag has teamed up with recruitment firm Acre Resources, CSR consultancy Acona, global industry newsletter Ethical Performance and The Centre for Sustainability and Excellence, a CSR advisory and training organisation. We have mainly been involved with the design aspects of the project, including the creation of the survey logo.
Vic Moutrey, Flag’s managing director, said: “The CR and Sustainability Salary Survey offers a really interesting insight into the most important part of our industry – the people that work in it. I’m delighted that Flag is involved in the survey this year and I very much look forward to reading the 2012 report when it is published in the summer.”
The CR and Sustainability Salary Survey 2012 is aimed at both in-house and external consultancy staff, and those participating will receive a full report on the findings and be invited to a launch event where they will have the chance to discuss the results and what they mean for the future of the industry.
